The project aims to serve the apartment diversification in Jeddah. Many new families can’t afford to live in high-class neighborhood apartments.
“The house grows as the family grows” is the key to achieving a variety of apartment offerings. As well as allow newly weds and fresh graduates to start small and grow with time.

The project is an Urban Residential Complex that is located in Al-Zahra District. The main objective of this project is to fill the gap of divesification in Jeddah. The project aims on the new generation to start a strong and healthy begining in a good neighborhood with no casualties.
To verify the problem in variety in Jeddah, an area of 90,000sqm was taken from every neighborhood and analyzed in terms of:
